Our sales consultant, Josiah Zwirn, and his manager, Marcus, were friendly, professional and honest. They answered all of my questions about the car. We negotiated a fair price. The purchase process was painless and took less than 2 hours all in. Josiah expertly prepared all of the necessary paperwork and stayed in contact with us 48 hours after the purchase to make sure we were satisfied. We drove the car home that night. I would revisit City VW again if needed in the near future and will ask for Marcus and Josiah.
