I leased another vehicle from Narcis this weekend. The VW dealership in Evanston has changed owners in the past 20+ years but I've been dealing his Narcis for most of this time. After buying several cars he suggested that I start leasing, which I did 3 years ago. I got an incentive letter for new purchase/lease options from VW earlier in the year so I phone Narcis to determine the best course of action going forward. Narcis advised me to wait until the summer/fall in order to get a better deal. And he was right. I got an email about my upcoming lease termination so I made an appointment with Narcis last weekend. And I left that day with a new R-Line Tiguan that fit my budget. I suspect he went down a little in his personal profit line to make things easier for me. Overall, you'll find Narcis to be highly informative, very respectful, and an honorable person who won't lie or talk over/down to you. Financing paperwork with Wayne was a breeze, and as always folks there were very cordial. Highly recommended.

We worked with Josiah, who was attentive, joyful and very helpful in making the purchase. We helped us troubleshoot some of the sophisticated tech that came with our Jetta and even put a BIG red bow on our car hood for us to celebrate our purchase.
