Awesome, awesome place! This is my first time here to service my husband’s beloved vehicle! We went to several service places in the past and it was terrible! We found a wrench under the hood! This was when I heard a metal noise when I was driving home from the grocery store! Pop open the hood and found a mini wrench on top of the passenger side headlight. I am expressing my appreciation and gratitude to this very kind and very informative individual. His name is Mike Szafraniec from the service department. He and his service team provided excellent service when I picked up our vehicle. Very detailed and informative about the repairs done. Offered called back and follow up service call about any issues concerning the vehicle. This is so important to me! This was the best buying experience I have ever had. The people that work here really go the extra mile for the customer. I was not even trying to use my own credit, but they were able to provide me with a great finance option that worked for me. The Tiguan is great and in 5 to 10 years I will be going back to upgrade. In fact, I like this place so much I might apply there. It looks like a fun place to work. Everybody should go buy a car from City VW. They are good people.
