I just wanted to shout out the awesome staff at City VW, Evanston. In particular, Sam, Marcus Ian & Gilbert. My son leased a 2026 VW Jetta back in the beginning of May, 2026, getting a fantastic deal. Unfortunately, on July 7, 2026, his car was T-Boned and shortly thereafter totaled. The excellent staff worked with me and my son, (especially Sam), and even though he lost a lot of money on the first Jetta as the paid off balance was less than the total payoff, Sam was ultimately able to get us a deal that would work, with some creative financing. Overall, we wished that VW could have done better for the difference in owed, (GAP), but considering the circumstances, we are very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend City VW and their staff for any interested buyer.

Frank was amazing to my family and I when buying my first car! We had a bad first experience at a different dealership, and Frank made the process nothing short but amazing. He was incredibly helpful and adaptive when I wanted to check out a different vehicle. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
